Market Review
Though the indexes did very little today, many stocks had a very good session. Not only did small caps lead higher, but many of the most “risk-on” and volatile stocks surged, signalling a much more optimistic tone than in recent sessions.
Early strength in ORCL and SFTBY (SoftBank) helped shore up sentiment, eventually leading to a buying spree in stocks that have been among the hardest hit since the October peak. This is a good example of a market gradually healing under the surface, even as the indexes don’t move much.
Net highs picked up their pace again as FOMO improved,d but still sits well below the 67% level. This continued improvement and stability have shifted our ideal exposure from 30–70% up to 50–90%. The fact that the AGI Pro strategies remain below that range is a sign we need to pick up our pace as soon as possible.

Tactical Thoughts
FOMO at 82% indicates short-term market FOMO, and the best practice is to be defensive.
NBIS was among the stocks showing strength today, closing up 4% despite the Nasdaq finishing lower. However, this was the kind of session where the hardest-hit stocks did best, and the neo-clouds were no different — CRWV climbed 8%compared to NBIS’s 4%. What matters now is whether these gains sustain and don’t turn into a one-day aberration that gets sold into.
AMD closed slightly lower, more in line with the Nasdaq. Though I would have preferred a jump higher, it continues to show reduced volatility and calm — a positive and normal reaction to the November selloff.
ROK triggered its buy soon after the open and closed at new all-time highs on increasing volume. Tomorrow will be important in determining whether sellers show up to test conviction or if persistent buying continues.
We also have a number of new actionable setups for tomorrow as we work to get in line with ideal exposure guidelines. VIAV and ATI remain strong setups, with GLW and VRT added as additional strength candidates. With AI sentiment improving, VRT and GLW are well-positioned as they form quality bases, and GLW is particularly attractive, as this is essentially its first base and 50-day pullback since the May breakout. Both stocks now have clean 3-touch trendline setups.
Pullback setups include TER and STLD, now joined by GEV. GEV had a 50-day breakout today, along with many AI-energy stocks. After putting in a wide-range expansion day, we’ll watch for a pullback tomorrow toward the middle of tod

Lessons from AGI PRO
This week showed how quickly leadership can rotate beneath quiet indexes, with NBIS surging even as the Nasdaq went nowhere. Its sharp RS rebound reinforced why we treat RS as the primary validator of price action. The lesson was to stay patient and use entries suited to the environment rather than reacting to noise. When liquidity quietly rotates under the surface, those who wait for RS confirmation—like NBIS just did—position themselves early for the next leg up.
